Firstly, congratulations on your engagement! Getting married is one of the most special days of your life and on the day you should look and feel like the best version of yourself. Whether the makeup is just for the bride or the entire bridal party, there is a package to suit. All makeup looks can be created using luxury and/or completely natural & organic makeup brands. During your trial we will discuss everything to ensure your makeup suits not only your skin type & tone but also complements your hair, dress & desired style.

The trial generally consists of;

• Recommendations for skin type & tone.

• Skin preparation

• Careful matching of foundations & concealers to your skin type & colour

• Trial of eyeshadows, lips & cheeks etc.

• Finalising your look so that it is flawless & long lasting.

• Hair styling if desired

The skincare brands used will be to suit individual skin types (or you can bring your own). All are great for sensitive skin types and if you prefer, can be completely organic. Please see list of Brands used for further details.

Products used will be written down for you and we’ll take photos during the session to ensure your makeup photographs well. These photos will then be sent to you so you’ve got time to make sure you’re 100% happy with your final look.

Bridal party makeup can include all or some of your bridesmaids, flower girls, mother of /future mother in law to the bride or just anyone special to your big day. It can also include the Groom and Groomsmen to cover any spots, rashes or anything they may want to hide on the day! Makeup for the Groom, Groomsmen and young children is obviously very minimal, subtle and free!

Bridal party trial makeup only needs to include those having a full makeup application/hair styling & can either be done on the same day as the Bride's makeup trial or a separate day. Preferably, a trial for bridesmaids would be done at the same time to ensure all the looks complement each other.

Shelley can come to your home, hotel or venue on the day of your wedding. As well as a standard session, Shelley also offers Half-Day & Full-Day packages which involves the initial makeup application & touch-ups throughout the day either for just the Bride or entire Bridal parties.
